Organizing Solutions
Being organized is more than just organizing spaces. Manage your time effectively and you will reduce stress, become more productive and have more free time to enjoy life.

How to organize a space:
-
Decide the function of the space and pull everything out that is in the space
-
Sort through items and declutter, not holding onto anything you don't want, need or use (decide if you will keep, donate, sell or throw out)
-
Replace the items that belong in the space in a more organized fashion, placing like things together
-
Have the items you use most accessible and create access to stored items
-
Take advantage of all space (under the bed, on the back of doors, etc.)
-
Find a home for the items that did not belong in the space
When dealing with paper, make a decision when you first handle it: read it, sort/file, shred or trash it. Don’t put it on a pile, put it in a file.

It is easier to keep up than to catch up.

One thing you can’t recycle is wasted time.

Your home is living space, not storage space.

Collect moments, not things.

The secret to getting ahead is getting started.

Make lists and use them (i.e. grocery list, to do list, list of your goals, etc.).
